Meet the Founders
Randy was an MSP owner fed up with apps that never seem to get any better. Mehul was the Product Manager for just such an app, and his roadmap was constantly being hijacked. Both frustrated with vendors that prioritize growth at all costs, they teamed up to come up with an app that would solve long standing problems and crummy UX.
In 2024, Mehul finished his Masters in Applied AI, Randy sold his MSP, and they went all in on Clairify. Mehul built a prototype while Randy looked for an engineer who could bring it into production. That turned out to be Jiwan, who became our 3rd co-founder. Now the three are focused on creating a new category of software: Executive Awareness.
Randy
An MSP veteran with over 40 years of hands-on experience. He built MERIT Solutions from the ground up, evolving it from a hardware shop into an early adopter of managed services and SaaS. He knows the cognitive burden MSP leaders face—juggling operations, strategy, and uncertainty all at once.
Mehul
A seasoned product manager. He met Randy while at Kaseya, one of the largest software providers in the MSP space. He understands where service providers struggle and how they actually use their tools. Now he’s using that insight to design a new category of product that helps executives lead without burning out. He has a Master’s in Applied AI.
Jiwan
A full-stack engineer. He hires and leads our offshore engineering team to build systems that are fast, secure, and scalable from day one while moving at founder-mode speed. He has a Master’s in Computer Science.
